Satya Sai Baba of Puttaparthi is critically ill and on life support. For many years, wonderful stories about him have been recounted. But amidst the positive accounts were the inevitable derogatory accusations launched at him. This is understandable in this world. Anyone who tries to help or dares to speak up for the people is targeted by sceptics and those who are jealous and threatened.

Sai Baba has special powers and gifts from the Divine. There was a period from the mid-1980s when he was not always in the physical body, and a malicious being named “Lanta” played havoc and tried to tarnish Sai Baba's name and his work. However, Sai Baba later returned and evicted Lanta from his physical body. It might sound unlikely that such a high being could be abused by a malicious one, but it was only Sai Baba's body that was attacked, not his real being. Besides, it was allowed for a purpose.

Sai Baba is one of the Attas of the Light. His work is completed here on Earth. Like other Attas, he is now retreating from the physical.

The light and love one sends out may appear to be abused by some on this level, but true love and light are indestructible, and can benefit even total strangers, wherever they may be, even if they were not directly sent to them.

High beings often absorb a lot of “hits” that would be lethal to others. They do this to protect those who could not survive the attacks. Sai Baba, like Babaji of Haidakhan, is an Attas who has given a lot of love to help the world. The ones who truly share Divine love will have Divine love returned to them.

Sai Baba will always be remembered as a being of love.

I send my love to Sai Baba.
